Description
TEROSON® EP 5020 TR is a unique cold-applied 2-component epoxy-based tin solder replacement for rebuilding metal surfaces such as vehicle shells or car bodies made from steel or aluminium. It is designed for the final modelling of repulled dents on difficult-to-reach/rebuild areas or welded joints. The product has no shrinkage and is excellent for grinding. The product is applied with LOCTITE® HAND DISPENSER with mixing ratio 2:1. The product can be cured with IR heater at 60°C.
- Fast 2-component epoxy
- Lead-free alternative to tin soldering, no open flame needed
- Outstanding sandability
- No damage of existing painted areas and corrosion protection
- Excellent sag-resistant and perfect rebuilding of the original shape
- Time saving, no need for dismantling body parts
- Curing time can be reduced by heating
- No shrinkage
