Description
LOCTITE® STYCAST 2850FT is a black, two-component epoxy resin designed for encapsulation and potting applications in high-performance electronics. With a thermal conductivity of up to 1.28 W/m·K, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and excellent dielectric properties, it ensures both thermal management and protection against moisture, chemicals, and mechanical stress.
Compatible with various hardeners (CAT 9, 23LV, 24LV, 27-1), the system allows customization of working time, curing conditions, and operating temperature range (from -65°C to 200°C), making it suitable for both room temperature and heat cure processes.
