LOCTITE STYCAST 2850FT 1kg + CAT 9 100gr Epoxy Encapsulant
LOCTITE® STYCAST 2850FT combined with CAT 9 hardener is a high-performance, two-component epoxy system designed for potting, encapsulating, and protecting electronic components that require efficient thermal dissipation and thermal shock resistance.
Key Features:
- ✅ Thermal conductivity: 1.25 W/(m·K)
- ✅ Electrical insulation: dielectric strength 14.4 kV/mm
- ✅ Thermal shock resistant, low CTE (35 / 98 ppm)
- ✅ Hardness: 96 Shore D, very low water absorption (0.03%)
- ✅ Operating range: -40°C to +130°C
Applications:
- Potting of coils, transformers, and PCB components
- Environmental protection for electronics
- Thermal stabilization in industrial electronics
Mix ratio (by weight): 100:3.5 (resin:hardener). Work life: approx. 45 minutes at 25°C. Can cure at room temperature or be heat-accelerated for faster processing.
