LOCTITE STYCAST 2850FT 1kg + CAT 24LV 100gr – Low Viscosity Thermally Conductive Epoxy for Electronics

LOCTITE® STYCAST 2850FT combined with CAT 24LV hardener is a high-performance epoxy system for encapsulating and potting components that require excellent thermal management and environmental protection. This black, filled epoxy provides high thermal conductivity (1.01 W/m·K) along with electrical insulation and outstanding shock and moisture resistance.

The system can be cured at room temperature (8–16 hours) or with heat to accelerate the process (e.g., 2 hours at 65°C). For optimal results, a post-cure at the highest anticipated operating temperature is recommended.
