LOCTITE® STYCAST 2850FT combined with CAT 24LV hardener is a high-performance epoxy system for encapsulating and potting components that require excellent thermal management and environmental protection. This black, filled epoxy provides high thermal conductivity (1.01 W/m·K) along with electrical insulation and outstanding shock and moisture resistance.

Thanks to its flow behavior and low viscosity, LOCTITE STYCAST 2850FT with CAT 24LV easily penetrates dense component assemblies, providing void-free encapsulation of transformers, sensors, power modules, coils, and more. It is widely used in industrial electronics, automotive applications, automation systems, and energy technologies.
