Description
LOCTITE EDAG PF 455B E&C is a high-performance, UV-curable dielectric ink based on acrylate chemistry, designed for screen printing on both treated and untreated polyester films. It is engineered for use in printed electronics where it serves as an insulating crossover layer between conductive traces.
The ink delivers excellent print resolution, rapid UV curing, and strong adhesion (grade 5B) to PET substrates. It features high humidity resistance and excellent dielectric properties (breakdown voltage >2,750 V), making it reliable for demanding environments. The product is supplied ready to use and is compatible with other EDAG conductive inks.
Suitable for manual, semi-automatic, and high-speed reel-to-reel screen printing processes, EDAG PF 455B ensures consistent coverage with pore-free insulation when applied in two passes.
Applications:
-
Insulating conductive trace crossovers
-
Protective dielectric layers in printed electronics
-
Tail coatings for membrane switches
-
Printing on PET-based flexible substrates
