Description
LOCTITE EDAG PF 407A is a highly conductive, thermoplastic carbon ink designed for screen printing onto flexible substrates such as PET, PEN, PI, PC, and paper. It is widely used in applications including membrane touch switches, printed resistors, flexible heaters, and ESD protection.
This ink offers excellent screen stability, fast drying (15 minutes at 120°C), and strong adhesion to substrates like PET (adhesion grade 5B). Its surface resistivity is as low as 13 Ω/sq at 25 µm, making it suitable for low-voltage applications.
EDAG PF 407A is a faster-drying alternative to EDAG PF 407C and is fully compatible with silver inks such as LOCTITE EDAG PF 410 and ECI 1010.
