Description

LOCTITE EDAG 725A(6S54) E&C is a high-performance thermoplastic silver conductive ink designed for screen printing on polyester (PET) substrates. It is optimized for low-voltage printed circuit applications such as membrane keyboards, touch switches, and flexible printed circuits (FPC).

The ink features low sheet resistivity (≤0.015 Ω/sq at 25 µm), excellent adhesion (grade 5B), strong flexibility, and superior screen stability, making it suitable for manual, semi-automatic, and high-speed reel-to-reel printing. It is supplied ready to use and dries in just 15 minutes at 120°C.

Applications:

  • Membrane keyboards and touch switches

  • Flexible printed circuits (FPC)

  • Conductive pathways in consumer electronics

  • Low-voltage circuits on PET films

Key properties:

  • Technology: Thermoplastic silver conductive ink

  • Color: Silver

  • Sheet resistivity: ≤0.015 Ω/sq (25 µm)

  • Solids content: 60%

  • Density: 2.14 g/cm³

  • Viscosity: 12,500 mPa·s (20 rpm, 20°C)

  • Theoretical coverage: 11 m²/kg @ 10 µm

  • Adhesion: Grade 5B (ASTM D3359)

  • Resistance change under strain: <3%

  • Drying: 15 minutes at 120°C

  • Shelf life: 12 months (4–8°C storage)
