LOCTITE ECI 7004LR 1kg Carbon-Based Printable Resistor Ink for Screen Printing
product unavailable

Safety
Description
LOCTITE ECI 7004LR is a thermoplastic, carbon-filled resistor ink designed for screen printing on flexible substrates such as PET, PI, PEN, and paper. It is commonly used for producing printed resistors and force sensing resistor (FSR) components, and offers excellent screen stability and low-temperature drying capability.
The ink can be blended with LOCTITE NCI 7002 to fine-tune sheet resistance values in the range of 50 to 5,000 Ω/sq (25 µm). It is compatible with both manual and high-speed reel-to-reel printing and integrates seamlessly with silver inks such as LOCTITE EDAG PF 410 and ECI 1010.
Applications:
-
Printed resistors
-
Force sensing resistors (FSRs)
-
Temperature sensors
-
Flexible printed electronics on PET, PI, PEN, or paper
Technical Properties:
-
Appearance: black carbon-based ink
-
Solid content: 27%
-
Viscosity: 25,000 mPa·s (25°C)
-
