Description
LOCTITE ECI 7004HR is a thermoplastic carbon conductive ink developed for printed resistors and sensing devices on flexible substrates such as PET, PI, PEN, and paper. Commonly used in force sensing resistor (FSR) elements and printed temperature sensors (0–80°C range), this ink enables precision control over resistance values.
The ink can be used on its own or blended with LOCTITE NCI 7002 to achieve a customizable resistance range from 5,000 to 500,000 Ω/sq (25 µm). It is suitable for manual, semi-automatic, or high-speed reel-to-reel screen printing. Compatible with silver inks like LOCTITE EDAG PF 410 and ECI 1010.
