Description
LOCTITE® EA 3425 is a high impact and humidity resistant structural bonder. The yellow/white, 2-part thixotropic epoxy adhesive paste reliably bonds metals, magnets and large surface areas also with large gaps (up to 3mm). It provides high strength adhesion, high modulus and very good chemical resistance. It can be used in temperatures up to +120°C.
- High impact and high humidity resistance
- Very high shear strength of 27 N/mm²
- Non-sag characteristic supports high production cycles and application on vertical surfaces
- Large gap fill (up to 3mm)
- Suitable for Surface Permanent Magnet (SPM) and Interior Permanent Magnet (IPM) bonding
- Temperature resistance up to +120°C
- Curing mechanism: RT, heat or induction
