LOCTITE® 403 Instant Adhesive is a medium viscosity product with low odour and low blooming properties that is transparent and colourless when cured. LOCTITE 403 provides for rapid bonding to metals, plastics, and elastomers, as well as to porous and absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather, and fabrics.
