LOCTITE® TG 100 is a thermal management grease that when used between heat generating devices delivers excellent thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity without evaporation. With a large operating temperature range, this product is non-flammable and resistant to oxidation. Typical assembly applications include CPUs, GPUs, MCUs, ASICs, DC-DC converters, IGBT, and Transistors.
